Hi, I'm Katelyn.

I believe the best weddings are a reflection of the two people getting married, not a checklist of trends. My approach blends warm, personal planning with a designer's eye for detail, so every moment of your day feels intentional and genuinely yours.

Based in Henderson and working with couples across the Las Vegas Valley. This year I am taking on a small handful of weddings so every couple gets the attention and creativity their day deserves.

Frequently asked.

For full planning, nine to twelve months is ideal. Partial and month-of coordination can typically be booked three to six months out. That said, I keep my book intentionally small, so reach out as soon as you have a date in mind and I will let you know what is possible.

Currently I focus on weddings throughout the Las Vegas Valley, including Henderson, Summerlin, Red Rock, and Lake Las Vegas. Travel weddings may be considered on a case-by-case basis with additional travel fees.

I am actively getting to know venues across the valley, from private estates to resort properties and outdoor ceremony sites. If you have a venue in mind, I am happy to walk it with you. If you do not, I can help you narrow the field based on your guest count, budget, and aesthetic.

I am building a curated list of florists, photographers, caterers, and rental companies whose work I trust. You are never required to use them, and I am equally happy to help you vet vendors you already have in mind.

We start with a complimentary discovery call to make sure we are the right fit. From there, I build a custom proposal and planning timeline based on the package you select. Throughout the process you will have a shared planning portal, regular check-ins, and direct access to me for questions.

Absolutely. Some of my favorite events are intimate gatherings of twenty guests or fewer. Reach out and I will put together a scaled proposal that fits the shape of your day.
